Every year just before Christmas I throw a Fancy Nancy Wine and Cheese Party at my place. Its really an excuse for my friend's and I to dress up and be festive. This year it was a little last minute so not a lot of people were able to make it but it was as fun as always.
If you have not heard of the Fancy Nancy books you should really check them out. They are all about a little girl who wants everything to be fancy, I love her!

Where: My apartment for Fancy Nancy and then Library Square
What: Crown: Christmas Stocking last year
Shrug: Estate Sale $50
Silk Dress: Estate Sale $30
Shoes: H&M $40
Why: I insisted that everyone be a bit fancy for this party so I have to show them how its done. I didn't actually wear the shrug for long, it was too hot in my apartment. And when we went out dancing I was afraid it would get dirty. I did however wear the crown out dancing, and it was AWESOME!

I've always wanted to go to a wine and cheese party! What a good idea. The book looks super cute, and I love your outfit, the shrug is awesome.
