It was a hot day yesterday, and I realized I don't really have any skirts I can just throw on with a cute top to beat the heat. Most of my skirts are pencil skirts, more officey and better with heels than flip flops. I do however have this American Apparel skirt I bought a couple summers ago and this is how I made it mine.
Vest: Sirens $15
Tank Top: American Apparel, free I got it at a photo shoot
Skirt: American Apparel $40
Flip Flops: Joe Fresh, a couple summers ago, before the clothes got nice
Earrings: Hong Kong street market, 0.50 cents
Necklace: Aldo $10
Bracelets: Can't remember
Ring: True Value Vintage $5
